This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which personal data we process through this website, why, and what your rights are.

02Personal data we process
- Identity: your name.
- Contact: email address and phone number.
- Customer transaction: company name; the products and services you request, quantities, delivery or work location, payment and other terms; saved addresses; your choice among offers; the status of requests and orders.
- Transaction security: IP address, session and sign-in records.
03Why we process it
- To receive and answer your sourcing requests and messages.
- To source products and services for you: finding suppliers, collecting offers and presenting them side by side, and following the order and delivery of the offer you choose.
- To open your account, send you sign-in links by email and tell you how your requests stand.
- To keep the website and accounts secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
04Legal grounds and how it is collected
Your data is collected electronically, through the forms on this website and by email, and processed on the grounds in Article 5(2) KVKK: it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you (c), for meeting our legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Your explicit consent is not required for these purposes, and filling in a form is not a declaration of consent.
05Who it is shared with
To meet your request, the content of the request (items, quantities, delivery or work location, terms) may be shared with suppliers as far as sourcing requires. Where the law requires it, data is shared with authorised public bodies.
06Transfers abroad
The website runs on infrastructure providers located abroad: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and email forwarding, global network), Neon (database, servers in Frankfurt, Germany), Resend (sending email, servers in Ireland) and Google (the mailbox incoming email is forwarded to). Your data is transferred to these providers to deliver the service, under the conditions set out in Article 9 KVKK.
07How long we keep it
- Requests, offers and account details: for as long as we work together and for the retention periods set by law; then deleted or anonymised.
- Sign-in links: deleted one day after they expire (they are valid for 15 minutes, or 24 hours when sent with a request).
- Sessions: deleted when they expire (after 30 days without use at most).
- Security records containing your IP address: two days.
08Cookies and data kept in your browser
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set technical cookies for security.
- “sid”: keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary; readable only by our server.
- “signed_in”: lets the menu show “Your account”. Contains no personal data.
- Browser storage (“turan.requester”): only if you choose “Remember my details on this device”, your name, company, email, phone and last delivery location are kept in your own browser. Remove them any time with “Forget” on the form.
09Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask us:
- whether your personal data is processed, and for information about it;
- the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- who it has been transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad;
- to correct it if it is incomplete or wrong, and to delete or destroy it under Article 7 KVKK;
- to have those corrections or deletions notified to the parties it was transferred to;
- to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis;
- to compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.
10How to apply
Send your request to info@turandanismanlik.com, from the address you use with us or with details that let us confirm your identity. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
